Which spells are affected by bonus healing from Weapon Proficiency?

Perk named - "Skill Percentage Spell Healing" which can be found in Knights' Sanguine weapons and Paladin Soul/Sanguine Bows says that it gives extra healing to the spells - but it is not clarified if those spells are healing spells or attack spells. Which spells are affected then? Both or just healing spells?
