What is the fastest way to maximize Weapon Proficiency for tier 4 items?

I know it is possible to obtain points killing, bosses, hunting, nemesis bosses, etc. 

For this question, please don't answer with a list of points i'll receive with different stuff, I know that info is already in many tibia wikis, so please answer with a proposed strategy (better if is aleady tested) of how to get proficiency points fast.
