Where are the skill trainer locations for the monk vocation?

Easiet way to get to a trainer is going to the temple (in any city) and ask the priest for an "Adventurer Stone".
Right click the stone and it will teleport you to the Adventurers guild, there is skill trainers for all vocations, including Monk.
