What are the effects of Tropical Desolator's fruit attacks?

Tropical Desolator uses several fruit based explosive attacks. What are they and what do they do?

This boss every 10sec spawn one of three special fruits, each fruit have 5sec countdown to explode so in this time you need run away from the explosion range or block effect by magic wall.  

• Blastberry: deals around 1,250 Earth Damage
• Painapple: applies Drunk condition (wiki say its fear effect but its old info from test server)
• Blamana: explodes in a big area, healing the boss up to 7,000 if in range
