Can a 425 RP hunt Carnisylvians for profit?

Hey guys do you reckon 425 RP can hunt Carnisylvians already?
I was wondering if I can sustain the dmg and make some profit there.

Carnisylvans are too strong for that level range. Even if the 400 RP wears best in slot equipment, plays well and survives, results are likely going to be terrible.

I recently tried this area on a 550~ RP and though it was manageable the damage taken was high and the exp/profit was below average. I think you would still need more levels to effectively pull and group the creatures to make it a decent spot for Paladins.
