How to obtain the two secret achievements from the Summer Update 2025?

In this update, we encounter a striking change (for achievement enthusiasts), as the number of unknown achievements jumped from 194 to 196. That's right! More fuel for investigators of mysteries involving achievements.

Two regions have been added (Book World and Norcferatu's Fortress/Dungeons), the same number as the secret and unknown achievements to date. Could it be one for each area? The IDs for both achievements are 563 and 567, according to TibiaWikiBR.

So the question arises:

What information do we have so far about them, and how can we obtain these two secret achievements?
