Two regions have been added (Book World and Norcferatu's Fortress/Dungeons), the same number as the secret and unknown achievements to date. Could it be one for each area? The IDs for both achievements are 563 and 567, according to TibiaWikiBR.

Achievement 567 has been discovered and is "The Forbidden Build". It is obtained by mastering weapons that are generally considered useless. More info on the available weapons can be found here.
