Some Books/Documents can't be edited once a player writes inside them. 

There are many Books/Documents in Tibia. 

Which Books/Documents can't be Edited once Written?

The item in Tibia that a player can write in, but cannot be edited once written, is the Small Book.

When you write the text and confirm (using the "Done" button), the content is permanently saved and cannot be changed or erased. In contrast, other writable items like parchments can be re-written.
