Where can I find worms in Newhaven?

There are a few of the fishing poles from Orcsoberfest in Newhaven and I have seen reports of players finding worms and catching fish using these. Where can I find the worms across the island?

You can find in a basket near the NPC Gustavo, the guard that has 5 worms and 2 fishes, it is a daily respawn so you can only get every server save.
