It is possible to buy "night harpy beak" to finish the quest faster?

Night harpy beak is needed x20 for new quest, The order of the stag

I noticed that people offering this item for sale, and thinking that you can buy it or you must skin harpies by myself?

Unfortunately, you must skin the night harpy yourself in order to obtain progress in the questlog "Harpy Beaks: 0/20". Buying the item won't allow you to advance in this quest (maybe people are selling them for delivery task completion on your server )
 

Things to take into account:

• Night harpies can only spawn at night time in game (XX:45 ~ XX:15)
• Night harpy raids are completely random, some nights it will spawn and others won't (Liamas' confirmation on forum Post #3955462). Also, the raids at night can happen at any moment of that period, not necessarily right when the day switches to night
• You must be rather fast to skin it as soon as you kill the creature
• You must "win" the creature to be able to skin it, so if more people are attacking the same creatures during the raid, you'll only manage to skin the ones you dealt the most damage on
• On my server, a few people have reported needing around ~400 skinning in order to successfully obtain 20 beaks, so patience is much needed for this mission
• These creatures hit hard even for level 1k, so don't underestimate these birds specially if in packs!
