Is crypt spine better than soulbleeder?

Winter Update 2025 brought new weapons of lvl 450, however there's discussion on whether the crypt spine, a lvl 450 bow, is better than soulbleeder, a lvl 400 bow.

If unlocked proficiency soulbleeder has 18% critical damage to unlock and crypt spine has none, meaning that soulbleeder is still stronger

You can't get in to this conclusion just because of this.. Yes, soulbleeder hits hard in crits, but it's only when you get crits. While crypt spire has armor and holy penetration.. so you get to increase your damage with 100% chance applicable to everything normal hits, critical hits and even fatal hits. So you have to take all this in consideration
