Are small lamps unobtainable?

Question

I knew that Small Lamps had a daily spawn on Morris' room in Dawnport - so what's the situation with the Small Lamp now?

By what the wiki says:

"One Lit Small Lamp  is obtainable after each floor reset in Mr Morris' room here in the Dawnport outpost."

But it doesn't expliclity says that we can't get it anymore. Does anyone know any other place where these small lamps spawn?

No, this item is still obtainable in mainland. One such location is here in asura palace. There are a few other spawn points as well that I can't remember off the top of my head.
