I am building a skull totem in my vampire theme home. I have come across various skulls, some listed in the market whilst others are not.

I am currently aware of the following:

1. Orc Skull - from the Dream Courts Quest

2. Normal Human Skulls (found in market & dropped from various creatures).

3. Werebadger skull (found in market and dropped from Sharpclaw Werebadger).

What is the full list of collectable creature skulls?

Here’s the list of pickupable “skull” collectibles items. If I forget something, please comment so I can update my answer later:

• Skull (item) – common “human skull”; dropped from several creatures, Amazons being one of the easiest sources (also drops from Valkyries, Vampires, Necromancers, etc.).

• Black Skull (item) – dropped from Hellspawn and Infernalist.

• Diabolic Skull – dropped from Brachiodemon, The Brainstealer and Rotrender. 

• Golden Skull – dropped from Tentugly's Head and Rotrender. 

• Megalomania’s Skull – dropped from Goshnar’s Megalomania. 

• Werebadger Skull – dropped from Werebadger and Sharpclaw.

• Werebear Skull – dropped from Werebear and Shadowpelt. 

• Skull Fetish – dropped from all kinds of Ogres. 

• Skull Shatterer – dropped from Lost Exile and Lost Husher.

• Stonerefiner’s Skull – dropped from Stonerefiner. 

• Mysterious Voodoo Skull – dropped from Enlightened of the Cult, Nightmare, Vampire Bride, etc.

Quest Skulls:

• Green Skull, Black Skull, White Skull, Red Skull, Orange Skull and Yellow Skull – reward from 25 Years of Tibia Quest. The same quest also gives Bridal Black Skull.

• Blood Skull – Obtained in one of the hidden parts of Vengoth after delivering 100 Vampire Lord Tokens to Storkus in the Vampire Hunter Quest.

• Vial with a Skull Cork – Obtained/used during Feaster of Souls Quest. 

• Orc Skull – Obtained/used during The Dream Courts Quest.

• Troll Skull – Obtained/used during The Dream Courts Quest.

• Minotaur Skull – Obtained/used during The Dream Courts Quest.

• Drowned Seaman’s Skull – Obtained/used during Twenty Miles Beneath the Sea Quest. 

• Skull of Ratha – Obtained/used during The Explorer Society Quest. 

• Skull of a Caveman – Obtained/used during Unnatural Selection Quest. 

• Omrabas’ Talking Skull – Obtained/used during The Gravedigger of Drefia Quest. 

Tibia Store Skull Decorations (Decoration Kit for houses):

• Demon Skull – Store decoration. 

• Golden Demon Skull – Store decoration.

• Sabretooth Skull – Store decoration.

• While wearable, it is still a literal skull-based item often overlooked in lists like this.

• Separate item from generic “skull” and used mainly as loot/deco.

• Dropped by: Undead Dragons

• Used mainly as decoration and creature product.

• Mutated Bat Skull

• Distinct item, not interchangeable with normal skulls.
