What are all the events that alter the respawn rate?

I was hunting today and I realized mobs spawning more faster than usual. I wonder why because the area was not boosted, nobody paid to boost the city, the last creep event was not successful... I don't know what is going on.

- Rapid Respawn Event - 5x faster respawn;

- Last Creep Standing - Increases respawn time by 20%;

- Winterlight Solstice - 2x faster respawn during 1 week;

-  Improved Respawn Rate - 2x faster respawn. Up to 2 boosted areas. There is a 33% chance that one area will be randomly selected everyday, while the other can be boosted through player donations (10kk);

- Boosted creature of the day: Every day a creature is selected. This creature has a 2x faster respawn rate, in addition to giving more loot and experience.

The respawn rate also increases when there are more than 500 players online on the server.

I may have forgotten something, but these are the ones I could remember.
