closed Does this mystery in Ada has any solution?

My friend and I are currently investigating Ada's Isle and just about today he discovered a strange place. 

As you can see on the image, there is a boulder with a chain blocking a path and saying that his level is too low. Finding this intriguing and since he is 1000-, we asked for another friend, level 2k+, to try and we found the same answer:

So now we are wondering:

Did Cip really create a spot that you'll need to be more than level 2k to enter?

Is there another way to pass this rock on our way? 

Or is it just a gag as Cip already made the level 9999 door?

The NPC even says: "Hahaha! The outsider wants to check our beer cache but can't lift it." It's hilarious

This NPC Volkmar doesnt talk. maybe we have to equip, do, or use something to make him speak. I wondered if using the Lager could help you to lift the rock but I only have one and they are hard to get. Ill try when I get another maybe.
