I was watching a video today and saw that the player in it had this blue mark on a monster in their bestiary (see below):

What does the mark on the top left corner represents? i don't have any of my creatures with that (i also checked the few creatures i have with a charm assigned and it isn't that either as they don't show up like that)

This mark means that the respective creature's Animus Mastery has been unlocked.

Unlocking a creature's Animus Mastery grants it 2% more XP, with this bonus potentially reaching 4%, depending on the number of Animus Masteries you unlock (200 are required to enjoy the 4% bonus).

To unlock a creature's Animus Mastery, you need the soul core of the desired creature, which you must then sacrifice in the Soulpit, where you will fight hordes of the selected creature. Note that the creatures will be stronger than usual. You can face the Soulpit alone or in a group of up to 5 players. You must survive the battle for Animus Mastery to be unlocked.

It is also possible to unlock an Animus Mastery by spending soulseal points obtained through weekly tasks. However, soulseal challenges must be completed solo.
