What is the mystery of the "mysterious slab with a flame" tiles found in Targuna?

During the "Burning Heart" mission of the Targuna Quest, we gain access to the cave where we can face the boss Herald of Fire. On the last floor of the cave, it's possible to find some tiles called "mysterious slab with a flame": .

Stepping on these tiles makes a *clunk* sound.

In the Herald of Fire boss room, there are 3 "mysterious slab with a flame" tiles, but they appear with a different sprite, the same as the "Elemental Carpet" . Stepping on the tiles in the room makes a *click* sound and then the sprite changes to the other one . If we step on the 3 tiles, the fire fields in the room disappear.

So, the tiles in the boss room have a function. But what about the other tiles that can be found in the cave? Is there some other mystery related to them?

The purpose of the tiles outside of the boss room is to also extinguish the fire fields that are in the way to the boss. You can ignore and pass through them, but you can make them disappear to avoid taking damage if you step on each tile: 

After some time, the fire fields will all appear again, so you need to step on all the tiles if you want to make the fire fields disappear again.

I don't think there's any additional mystery behind this, it's just a mechanic simulation for new players to know how some mechanics works in the game, specially for quests.

if u step on all slabs, u are going to extinguish fire fields on the floor.

 if u step on slabs inside boss room, u will make damage on him
