Is there a connection between the Bonelord (469) language and Horestis' Tomb?

Most people only look at Hellgate when trying to solve the 469 language, but I’ve noticed some patterns in the deepest parts of Horestis' Tomb that look strangely familiar. Since the Bonelords mention a "geometry of language," could it be that this system is also used in Ankrahmun's lore? I'm wondering if these two places share the same origin or if it's just a coincidence in the design.
