Is there any official lore or in-game evidence linking the Behemoth and Vampire to the Serpentine Tower?

Following CipSoft's "Balancing Changes" announcement regarding fiendish creatures on May 5, 2026, it seems they may have unintentionally confirmed that the Vampire and Behemoth inside the Serpentine Tower are completely unreachable.

We know for a fact that the enclosed Fire Elemental door can be open using specific mechanics, but this update heavily implies the same cannot be done for the Behemoth and Vampire. Because of this, a major question arises: Are these two creatures actually an intentional part of the quest, or are they just window dressing?

Is there any official source, book, or NPC dialogue inside Tibia excluding player conspiracy theories that explicitly links the Behemoth and the Vampire to the Serpentine Tower lore?

To me it pretty much shows that there is no quest. At least no more than freeing the djinn.
