How to obtain "Elementary, My Dear" achievement?

Does anyone know how I can get this achievement?

The first time I did the task, someone who had already completed it accompanied me, so they got through the barrier before me. Even though I took Pint of Gloth and became a Rot, I was able to get through the barrier without getting the achievement.

I tried doing the task again, even taking several Pints ​​and standing at the barrier, but nothing works. Thanks, I hope I can get it soon ^^

Have you tried looking on the achievements tab if you didn't already unlocked it? Because I did the quest and got on the first try. Maybe you got the achievement and didn't noticed, so you tried again and thought it didn't work. Check the Achievements tab on your character profile on the Cyclopedia and see if that's the case.

Need to ask a Pint of Glooth to NPC Roswitha she leave in a small house west of Oramond.

Need ask for a "pint" to her.

Don't use yet, go to Dr Merlay Misery Laboratory, the path is on the image below.

When arrive there you will find a wall blocking the way in.

Use the Pint of Glooth on you, if past less then 10 minutes, you will be transforming in a Rot Elemental and gain the Achievement when enter in the room
