What are the new Rod/Wand that can be imbued with critical chance imbuement? and what level of imbuement can be used on it?

According to Mirade:

According to the info I have at hand, all wands and rods with a level requirement up to dream blossom staff allow Basic Strike and Intricate Strike. All wands and rods beyond don't have a limitation anymore.

The following items are exceptions due to a corresponding effect on the weapon or in their proficiency: deepling fork, cobra wand, lion rod, rending inferniarch wand, rending inferniarch rod.
