Is there a full guide somewhere from 0 to finally getting galthen satchel?

Question

What i mean is that, if you want to get the satchel, you need Adventures of Galthen, but for that, you need the order of the lion, and for the order of the lion you need order of cobra and falcon, and im not sure if there's not another level in there as well. Im so confused when it comes to the levels of these quests. Not sure where should i start or if i can even do them (i play solo, im asuming these cannot be soloed but some info out there implies they can).

To get the satchel you need at least lvl 250, the order of the cobra, falcon and lion completed and then the adventures of galthen: the lost queen quest to get it every month or you can just buy from other players using advertising chat or world chat
