How often can we collect the Empty Crystal Flask?

With the new Shards of a Broken Moon quest, one quest item is called "Empty Crystal Flask".

Can we obtain multiple of this item? How long is the cooldown to obtain a new one?

After having the flask blessed by Niral, with the keyword "lost" he states;

"14:05:35 Niral: You have lost it? Oh no! I can, of course, bless another flask of blue lava for you. But first you'll have to collect it. I hope you will find another suitable vessel in the shipwreck!"

however no flask was available in the ship yet.

The Empty Crystal Flask can be taken from the pile again after waiting approximately 24 hours.

The flask CAN be taken by any character which has access to Oskayaat, even if they have not started Shards of a Broken Moon.

The flask CAN be taken while having another flask in your inventory

You CAN have multiple blue lava flasks in your bag while speaking to Niral, he will only bless the first one in your bag.

Say LOST to Niral to have him bless another blue lava flask.

The flask CANNOT be taken or blessed again once the quest is completed (but can be refilled)
