What are the shrines in Asura Citadel?

The balancing patch on 25. August 2026 mentioned some changes to the shrines in Asura Citadel. What is the function of these shrines and how do we activate them? 

I have found one shrine just below the stairs to -2, but cant seem to get any reaction when using it with anything.

The items you can use: Red Piece of Cloth and Perfume Flacon (on a tile near the shrine).

According to TibiaWiki, the Red Piece of Cloth reduces the HP of True Frost Flower Asuras that spawn on the player's screen by 1.000. The effect of the perfume is not yet known.
