can i use excercise weapons in all vocations?

i mean can i use a rod being master sorcerer, wands with royal paladin or wands being druid?

Yes you can use any exercise weapon on any vocation.

This is really useful to train Magic level in all vocations.

Yes, You can. But You have to remember that using melee exercise weapon on mage character (for example) will be inefficient in comparison to using exercise rod/wand. There is no difference in training between a rod and wand.
