How to get bag with stolen gold and achievements during bank robbery mini world change?

I heard you can get an achievement from finding a bag with stolen gold from a mini world change called bank robbery. I'd like to know where to find the bag and what achievements I can get from this mini world change.

You have to wait for Mini World Change (Bank Robbery).

World Board: Several banks in major coastal towns are being robbed! The thieves are still on the loose!

Towncryer: Hear ye! Hear ye! Stand and deliver! That's what they shout, robbing banks in main's coastal towns and then hide out. Catch the thieves and make us proud, bring back the gold to please the crowd!

You have to find and kill robber and take back bag with stolen gold   (Bag will disappear in next day).

You can get achievement if you give back bag to Npc (banker):

one bag: "Honest Finder",

Five bags in total:  “Goldhunter”.

Location of robbers (only one depends on city):

Thais - Jesse the Wicked   . You can find him in Ancient Temple:

Carlin - Robby the Reckless  . You can find him in Ghostland: 

Venore - Mornenion  . You can find him in Shadowthorn:

Ab'dendriel - Elvira Hammerthrust   . You can find her in Kazordoon mines:

In my opinion all it's correct. Boss can move so the best what we can do it's to check area around mark.
