Is the mountain hill on Isle of Evil reachable?

Recently i've been doing bestiary on Isle of Evil. I've been running around the isle killing whatever I can see and I noticed that there is a little hill/mountain with Vampire Pigs and Berserker Chickens. However I haven't found a way to get to this place, Do I need to pull a lever or use a pick somewhere or is it simply not possible to access it?

You interested me with your question and I just went to the island to see if I could get there, unfortunately I couldn't find the entrance to this mountain. So I suspect that there is no access to it because I checked the levitation on both the left and the top of the mountain without effect.

I tested it out again cannot find an entrance neither.

It was possible to reach with levitate before the mountain/cliffs remake, rendering many areas non-accessible. I've reported it in games in hopes of them fixing and seen others post about it on the official forums, but it's probably in the "low priority" to fix pile, seeing as the quest was released many many years ago.
