Whats the difference between Stone of Insight and Stone of Wisdom?

I see that Stone of Insight is modern verson of stone of wisdom , but what are the differences between this 2 items? is stone of wisdom still usable?

By using Stone of Wisdom you received experience equivalent to 5000 times your level by handing this stone to Npc Milos  or Npc Trimegis . In 2014, it was replaced by Stone of Insight.

By using Stone of Insight  you will receive experience equivalent to 100 times your level multipled by your level.

As of August 29, 2012, you can only use one stone per year, and only when the Rise of Devovorga event is active (September 01–07). On worlds which were successful on completing the event, players can use this stone up until the server save on September 30th.
