About Midnight Panther: What is its respawn time?

According to many sources the midnight panther spawns every 2-3 days, but does anyone knows if the respawn time is controlled by the last time it spawned or is it location specific and every spot has its own 8-9 days cooldown?

not what i meant, I'm not talking about the repsawn time on the day, I'm asking if it has 2-3 days global respawn times, or 8-9 days spot-specific respawn time.

I would say that it spawns every 2-4 days. Anyway it is true, that place of Midnight Panters spawn is absolutely random, we can not predict on which place it appears.
