Has there been success to get His True Face achievement after already completing the quest?

During the Blood Brother's Quest there is a chance to get teleported to Armenius and receiving His True Face achievement.

It has been said there is another way to get it if you had not during the quest. Many have tried different things to attempt to get it but has there been any success?

For whoever has received it AFTER completing the quest, what did you do?

Yes, there is another way to obtain this  achievement, and is entering the tavern daily,

since there is the possibility that at some point you will be teleported with the boss, 

I think you have to be persistent and have a lot of luck. I know the case of 2 players, 

Smuu and Skyzo, who obtained it  after finished blood brothers quest, skyzo told his experience in the following thread:

A Brazilian streamer achieved to face Armenius by entering the tavern everyday. It took a long time apparently, but it's possible: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nLaifugqE54
