Where is the "roof of the Tibia"?

As we know, the highest point in the world is the Mount Everest's peak. 

Where is the highest point of the Tibia located?

There are several places in Tibia that are at the highest point (+7). Some of them include:

• The top of Mount Sternum
• The highest floor of the Thais lighthouse
• The lake on top of the Kazordoon mountain
