Annual Autumn Vintage - do items disappear after the event?

I really love Bunch of winterberries and Sugar  

 I think these items look great for decoration. Do they disappear after the event? Maybe you know some solution how to replace them?

Unfortunately, Bunch of winterberries  and Sugar  have disappeared from my home after the event.

You can replace these items by using Grapes and Strange Powder (you can buy it from Black Bert).

You can keep winterberries  after the event. If im not wrong sugar disappear after few minutes.
