I'm here to ask you how to get full Poltergeist Outfit, so Do I need complete a quest? Which items do I need for addons?

Yes, in order to gain the outfit  you need to complete the quest "feaster of souls" and defeat its final Boss: The Pale WormThe Pale Worm .

In order to get the addons, you need to use these two items:

  • Spooky hood Spooky Hood: dropped by the fear Feaster bossThe Fear Feaster, the Unwelcome bossThe Unwelcome and the Dread MaidenThe Dread Maiden
  • Ghost claw Ghost Claw: dropped by the unwelcome bossThe Unwelcome

Yesterday my team looted 2x Spooky Hood from "The Unwelcome" :) I mean two items in the same team of 5 people.

Probably all the 3 minibosses loot all the addon items

Yep, you can add Spooky hood to The Dread Maiden's loot as well, we looted it today.
