How to get achievement "Nothing but Hot Air"?

There is new achievement "Nothing but Hot Air". Does someone know how to get this achievement?

Answer 1

To get achievement "Nothing but Hot Air" you have to use Spectral Scrap of Cloth  (You can loot this item from final Boss - The Pale Worm in Feaster of Souls Quest).  After that you will get the Haze mount  and achievement. This achievement gives 3 achievement points.
