About Very Old Piece of Paper: Which are the spots you will be able to access in Port Hope if you deliver this item?

Question

The treasure hunt quest is started delivering this item. If you do not complete it further, you will be able to  access some small caves around PH, that people that has ended it or not started won't be able.

These are some of the spots that i know. Also you can find another one next to the entrance of Banuta shortcut.
