Is there any time limit after which I will not be able to access Meluna, even though my character has a wife?

Or maybe access to this island is permanent for players with a spouse.

"On the day of your marriage, meaning for 24 hours, you will be able to go on your honeymoon. The ferryman Kamil in Fibula will ship newlyweds to the honeymoon island Meluna." You'll be able to stay on Meluna for as long as you like but can only travel to it for 24 hours.

Yes it is. You only are able to travel to Meluna within the next 24 hours in real life time next you got married in game.
