Is there any way to get access to lost accounts which I have no access to the email & forgot about it's password?

I have a couple chars on different accounts (the first ones I ever created) but I don't have access to their e-mails & I don't remember about it's account name or password. I only know the name of the characters, the only way to prove they're my accounts would be by showing the paying methods I used for purchasing premium time back then on both accounts with the same card.

Do you remember or have the Recovery Key? If you have it, is quite easy to access your account, If not you can try following this steps:

This method will guide you to buy a new Recovery Key, so the letter with the code will be sent to the adress you set in your account information. If you set a fake or wrong adress, it will be impossible to recover your account, but you can try by sending mails to cipsoft.
