What can you do while using an exercise weapon that won't stop its use or interrupt training?

I want to know of all the actions you can do while using an exercise weapon that won't stop its use or interrupt it. Like what can I look at, can I change my character colors, can I chat, make runes, look at my prey? I want to know what I can do thanks :)

You can chat with other players, change your char colors, look at prey but you can’t move or use any spell (make runes), eat food or drink
