What instruments have a chance at breaking when used?

There's so many instruments in tibia but I want to know the breakable ones. Do they all break?

From my knowledge, only 2 Musical Instruments have a chance to break when used. 

The first one is the Wooden Whistle, the chance of it breaking when used is 70%  

The second is the Cornucopia  , the chance of it breaking when used is 4%.
