How long the Noodles Is Gone mini-world change lasts?

When the mini world change ends you have the chance to find the Dog Lady in the castle with a Basket. But the last time that the Noodles world change wast active, it lasts for 2 days. So for how long does it lasts?

You may have simply encountered a random two days in a row of the 'Noodle is Gone' Mini World Change.  If you found him, then the basket of Puppies has the chance to show up in the Castle Throne room whether another 'Noodles is Gone' MWC happens or not.

Yes, from my understanding this mini world change happens for one day and as it's a Mini World Change we don't have any control over the days selected as it's triggered not by players but by random. However, I'm wondering what if no one finds him O.O

I guess the mini world change just ends with no results, once that Noodels beign found or not don't affect the gameplay , different that other world changes like the one where you can kill Horestis. I guesse the Noodles mini world change just ends and no one gets reward
