Can you put store items that you bought inside a guildhall that you don't own?

I haven't been in a guild in a long time so please bare with me. I walk past guildhalls and I see that they have like 10 training dummies from the store and I wonder if this is the guildhalls owners store items or if anyone can put their store items inside of the guildhall?

No, it works as a house.

Only the owner (guild leader) can unwrap items inside, unfortunately. And in the end, the items are owned by the guild leader, so if the guild disbands, he will keep the items.
