Does an Ewer with Holy Water disappear?

I got one of these yesterday while exploring and I'm wondering if they disappear based on how the description is. Any ideas?

The 'Ewer with holy water' used in the Lion's Rock Quest and obtained by using the 'Well with a Lion-Like Face' can be placed on the market, but will disappear in 4-6 hours if not placed on the market

The 'Lions Mane Flower', also related to the Lions Rock Quest cannot be placed on the market and will disappear in 4-6 hours
