How to open the walls of falcon bastion -1? what it depends on?

I wonder because at -1 falcon bastion sometimes the wall opens. What it depends on?

Behind the wall is Npc Crowned Tree which gives you entrance to the Thawing Dragon Lord Boss. To enter you have to use melee weapon on the wall. So I guess someone was doing this boss and that is why this wall was opened. To talk with Npc you have to write hi-mission-yes-yes.
