Inspired by a recent question, what items have the most value when sold to NPC

Just saw that Token of Love can be sold to Yasir for 440000. Anything worth more than that to  NPC traders?

• Brain Head's Giant Neuron (100000gp)
• Brain Head's Left Hemisphere (90000gp)
• Bloody Tears (70000gp)
• Beast's Nightmare-Cushion (630000gp)
• Brain Head's Right Hemisphere (50000gp)
• Maxxenius Head(500000gp)
• Urmahlullu's Mane(490000gp)
• Pale Worm's Scalp(489000gp)
• Signet Ring (480000gp)

I don't know how much items you need in this ranking, all above these 44000? including armors, legs? i can edit my answer, please give me tip what items you need.

Well it looks like Beasts Nightmare Cushion has the highest sale price to NPCs. If there is anyhting that sells for more to NPCs feel free to include it, even if its armor etc.
