What is the best strategy to get Waverider Achievement?

I was trying to finish the Waverider Achievement, there is any trick or any faster way to finish it?

For me this is the best way - 3 people and one gives a follow to each other (every human must have track on another person) and swims over and over again.

I was doing it with my friendsin Liberty Bay. We were just playing with the ball around so time went faster for us.

It took me around 4 or 5 days, but I don't know how many hours. Sometimes we gathered more people from our guild and just played around. Time went much faster.

I would reccommend the keyboard trick: You "lock" your keyboard buttons with certain items (I used my girlfriend's hair slide) that cause your character go back and forth. Cipsoft confirmed this way as legal back in the days.
