What is the difference between the grades of Achievements?

Looking the cyclopedia I saw there is a different grades of Achievements? Then I wonder... ¿what is the difference between each grade?

Every grade gives another amount of points:

1. Grade 1: 1-3 points 
2. Grade 2: 4-6 points
3.  Grade 3: 7-9 points 
4. Grade 4: 10 points

Remember also that the Tibia website section of achievements, shows you the "common" achievements that can be obtained through completing quests. There are also "secret" achievements, which players discover themselves; most of these are rather hard to achieve.
