Is it possible to face Minishabaal in Tibia nowadays?

I was reading old questions and I found some info about Minishabaal. 

On Tibiafandom we can read:

This creature was removed from the game, It was a part of Tibia's 10th Anniversary, it might come in other holiday events.

Are there any other events when we can face this boss?
