How to get Traditional Gamsbart Hat?

While doing my answer about best equipment on Prison, I found on Tibiopedia this item - . Saldy there is no infotmation how to get, what is it needed for. Anyone knows maybe? Do we need this item for some quests? How to get it?

Currently it's not possible to obtain this item.

If you check the description of this item in the Cyclopedia we are able to conclude that it's related to the Orcsoberfest.
Traditional Gamsbart Hat
"This traditional Orcsoberfest gamsbart shows a bit of use but is still in good shape and will clothe any sophisticated ogre just fine"

Orcsoberfest is celebrated twice a year starting at the second Friday of March and October, lasting for a week each time. 

Reward from defeating King Chuck
The first time you defeat the final boss, King Chuck you will recieve a pair of Lederhosen.
Lederhosen
"Made from dried and tanned orc skin, these tranditional Orcsoberfest leather trousers are sturdy and fit a wide range of orgres."

The second time you defeat him you will recieve the Traditional Shirt as well as the base outfit of the Traditionalist Outfit. 

Traditional Shirt
"A traditional white Orcsoberfest shirt. Not worm by many ogres during the actual festivities anymore, however."

Other than the Lederhosen and Traditional Shirt another 3 items with similar names and descriptions were added. They will most likely be reward after defeating King Chuck in a future Orcsober-event.

Traditional Gamsbart Hat

Traditional Neckerchief
"A traditional neckerchief which complements every traditional Orcsoberfest look."

Future use of the items

According to TibiaWiki the items are needed to complete the Traditionalist Outfit

The base outfit was recieved after defeating King Chuck in 2 separate events, while also getting the Lederhosen and Traditional Shirt.

By checking the images for the different addons it seems like Traditional Neckerchief and Traditional Leather Shoes you'll recieve together with the first addon. And the Traditional Gamsbart Hat you'll recieve together with the second addon.

The fifth Orcsoberfest you participate in you will obtain a traditional gamsbart hat in your inventory Source- How to obtain the Orcsoberfest outfit which I pasted the additional information below-

You will automatically obtain the Orcsoberfest base outfit called, "Orcsoberfest Garb" once you've successfully spawned the Orger Treasure during the final boss fight with King Nourish for 2 different events of Orcsoberfest. You will obtain addon 1 after 4 events. Lastly, you will obtain the full outfit after participating in 6 events. Unlocking the full outfit will grant you the Traditionalist achievement which is 6 achievement points!

For example, you participated in the final boss fight with King Chuck and spawned the Orger Treasure in October 2019 and also March 2020. During the Orcsoberfest in March 2020, you will obtain the base outfit for completing these 2 events. Please note, there was a bug in the past that's now fixed in which some players had to renew their Schnitzel points in order to get the outfit.
