I was looking for a Troll Green in my Cyclopedia and appears an item called Troll Skull ¿Where Can I find this item?

This item is part of the Dream courts quest, and can be found inside the laberyinth in there, which you can access from the summer court (feirist) or the winter court (tyrsung), after completing mostly all the quest.
