What is the minimum level to start the Spike tasks to get the Cave Explorer Outfit?

As the topic says, I wanna know is there is a minimum level to start the Spike tasks to get the Full Cave Explorer Outfit / Addons?

On level 25 you can enter spike not on level 30.

Also sadly I don't have exactly 25 level but I think 29 would be good too. Also I have picked mission as u can see on the picture.

You are right, is at level 25, I got mixed up, because to level up is only good at level 30, when we get AOE Runes, my bad

28 level is enough with Thunderstorm runes :p
